I am from Nemocon it is a small town near Bogota, at the moment I live in Bogota but I have many health problems because I am affected by the noice, the grasy food, the stress and all the things that the big city.Bogota is very noisy and I can not sleep well, the food is not good it is very greasy and I am getting sick. I am very stressed in the university because I can not concentrate when I make my homeworks.
Last week I went to the doctor, and he said me that I am suffering a serious illness of the nerves, I am very desperate.
I wanted an urgent advice because I feel I am very stressed and I can not think in a solution, I need somebody that talk me about what can I do and how I control my stress because if I don't take care of my health urgently, I will get a dangerous illness .
