MY POOR TRAVEL

Dear Mr. Disasters
General Manager
Kingston Hotel

I am writing to complain about poor service I received when I traveled to England. Because I want to tell you a couple of things that made me uncomfortable services, tour, room and the food.

Firstly, the more important aspect about my complaint is the attitude of your touristic guide because he was an aggresive person with me during city tour.

On the other hand, your employees are very unreliable because while I was staying in your hotel, my things were missing misteriously.

Furthermore, the food was awful. It was cold and tasted horrible. Really I have recived a great surprise with hotel service.

I am very disappointed indeed. I will not stay in your hotel again and I hope my complain can be taken into account. Obviously I want to recive an answers as soon as possible.
